Robert De Niro fans left cringing over The One Show appearance: ‘Didn’t want to be there’

Robert De Niro came under fire from viewers of The One Show during last night's show thanks to his behaviour.

Not only were Adolescence stars Stephen Graham and Owen Cooper on, but Hollywood royalty Robert De Niro was there too, joined by his movie co-star Debra Messing. “When you have a sofa full of guests, De Niro is always the least entertaining, you don’t need the money/exposure mate, stay at home if you dislike interviews that much,” a third wrote. “Had to pause Robert De Niro giving career advice so I can fast forward it, awkward as [bleep],” a fifth viewer said.
