Riley Keough, Quinta Brunson and Dakota Fanning wore all-black outfits on Thursday while being honored at the IndieWire Honors in Los Angeles.
Comedy legend Carol Burnett, 91, also was in attendance and was honored with the Vanguard Award that cited her recent work in the last season of Better Call Saul, her 2023 variety special as well as her performance in the new Apple TV+ series Palm Royale. The stand-up comic recently hosted the live, six-night Netflix series John Mulaney Presents: Everybody's in LA' that provided a new spin on the TV comedy format. Mexican director and writer Issa López won the Auteur Award for her work in the HBO series True Detective: Night Country.
