Barclay's allegedly claims Presley personally guaranteed payment at the time she received the loan, and they are now looking at her trust to fulfill the personal guarantee.
Keough, who was named sole trustee of her mother's estate following her death last year, has now asked a judge to declare that the trust is not responsible for the payment in a new legal filing submitted by her. In August, Riley was named the sole trustee of her mother's estate and owner of Graceland following a legal battle with her grandmother Priscilla Presley. Prior to her relationship with Ben, Riley dated singer Ryan Cabrera and was later engaged to Alex Pettyfer, with whom she starred in Magic Mike.
