Ridley Scott Signs With CAA Along With His Scott Free Film/TV Production Banner

A team of reps signed Scott, the four-time Academy Award-nominated director and producer who will next begin production on The Dog Stars for 20 th Century Studios based on the novel by Peter Heller. Upcoming Scott Free-produced films include the Scott-directed Bee Gees for Paramount Pictures and GK Films; Bomb, an action thriller based on the Kevin McMullin short story; Trap House for Amazon Studios and Signature Entertainment, directed by Michael Dowse and starring Dave Bautista; Echo Valley for Apple, directed by Michael Pearce and starring Julianne Moore and Sydney Sweeney; The Chronology of Water, Kristen Stewart’s directorial debut starring Imogen Poots; and Clean Break, written by Ryan Brennan. Upcoming TV projects include include Noah Hawley’s Alien: Earth for FX, starring Sydney Chandler and Timothy Olyphant; Blade Runner 2099 led by Michelle Yeoh; a further installment of the psychological horror anthology, The Terror: Devil in Silver starring Dan Stevens; Pompeii: A Day of Fire, a limited series regarding the eruption of Mount Vesuvius; and Modville, Hyde, and Nick, three original graphic novel series.
