Rick Wakeman Announces Farewell Tour

Rick Wakeman is going to hang up his sequined coat forever after one final American tour, which will feature a new medley of Yes songs.

Musician Rick Wakeman performs during the "Grumpy Old Rock Star Tour" show at The Paramount Theater on September 24, 2019 in Huntington, New York. It wraps up March 29 at the Egg in Albany, New York, but will return to the States later in the year after a South American run. Recent Wakeman solo piano shows feature original compositions from his vast solo catalog in addition to tunes like David Bowie’s “Life on Mars” and Cat Stevens’ “Morning Has Broken,” which he played as a session musician in the Sixties and Seventies.
