The initiative, led by District 3 Commissioner Keon Hardemon, is part of a broader plan to revitalize Liberty City and celebrate the cultural identity that shaped Miami’s sound. The renamed streets will be located on 8th Avenue in Liberty City, a neighborhood rich with history and deep musical roots.
