Richard Lewis Remembered By ‘The Simpsons’ & ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ – Update
Curb Your Enthusiasm paid tribute to beloved late series co-star Richard Lewis at the opening of Sunday's episode with a special title card.
Lewis’ publicist Jeff Abraham confirmed last Wednesday that the actor died Feb. 27 at his home in Los Angeles after suffering a heart attack. Curb star Larry David and Lewis were lifelong friends and he released a statement following the comedian’s death. “Richard and I were born three days apart in the same hospital and for most of my life he’s been like a brother to me,” David wrote in a statement shared by HBO.
