Richard Hammond discusses his mental health and masculinity in honest chat with daughter Izzy after she branded him an 'idiot' - following shock marriage split

In the upcoming series, which will be released January 21, Richard and Izzy will detail their own journeys of self-growth and tackle stigmas.

Richard Hammond, 55, is set to discuss his mental health and masculinity in an honest chat with his daughter Izzy, 24, following the TV star's shock marriage split from wife Mindy, 59, Izzy was just seven-years-old at the time, however in a recent podcast, released just days before Richard and his wife Mindy announced their split, she spoke candidly about how the incident affected the family and left him 'doolally'. In the wake of their split, Richard was said to have been banished to his converted barn where he stored his motorbikes, but has now moved to a rented property in a nearby village where he runs his 'Smallest Cog' car-restoration garage.
