Rich Homie Quan’s death was ruled to be an accidental drug overdose, according to a report from the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office released earlier this week. The report found Quan’s system contained a toxic mix of drugs at the time of his death, which included fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, promethazine and THC.
