RHOSLC’s Heather Gay and Monica Garcia’s legal battle over unpaid lip filler has been settled. A judge ordered Monica to pay The Beauty Lab + Laser $35,0000.
On October 22, Heather’s company, The Beauty Lab + Laser, filed a proposed judgment to the Salt Lake City court to settle its lawsuit with Monica, 41, who failed to pay her bill at the establishment. A judge finalized the settlement by approving the company’s proposition and ordering Monica to pay the Beauty Lab + Laser $35,853.60 on Monday, November 4, according to The U.S. Sun. In November 2023, The Beauty Lab + Laser filed a lawsuit against Monica after she failed to comply with her signed contract and pay her outstanding lip injection bill, which totaled $2,449.
