The tennis legend, 67, and her Real Housewives of Miami star wife, 52, have welcomed two sons together through adoption after nearly 10 years of marriage, a rep for the couple confirms to PEOPLE. At the time, Lemigova told NBC News that she was “overwhelm[ed]” with the support she and Navratilova received after she was cast on the Bravo show. The tennis legend met her wife in 2000, though they lost contact until 2008 when they ran into each other again, Lemigova told The Daily Mail.
