A 'shocked' Nepola took to Instagram on Monday shortly after news broke her spouse her chosen to legally end the marriage.
Todd, a commercial real estate executive, revealed in his filing that each had signed a prenuptial agreement on Dec. 10, 2021, six days before they tied the knot. The couple wed during a quiet ceremony in St. Barts in late December 2021 and traveled to Italy a year later to celebrate their first anniversary The devoted mom also helps provide care for Frankie, who suffered permanent brain damage from a 2011 car accident.
