RHOA's Porsha Williams granted major victory in ongoing divorce from Simon Guobadia
In latest ruling, the court granted Porsha request to 'quash' her ex's subpoena and request for videotaped deposition of employer, True Entertainment, along with a motion for a protective order.
Simon 'argues that Wife’s desire to return to reality television or employment in the future constitutes a non-disclosure of material fact and misrepresentation, that renders the Prenuptial Agreement unenforceable,' according to documents obtained by the weekly. Following news of their split, revealed in court papers obtained by People on Thursday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star took time to acknowledge the supportive messages and comments she has received from fans. 'Porsha Williams Guobadia is a multi-hyphenate and we are fortunate to collaborate and tap into her creativity and passion through this partnership,' said Rachel Smith, Executive Vice President of Unscripted Content, Lifestyle and Documentaries, NBCUniversal Entertainment.
