The American actor, 52, was seen with a huge smile on his face as he stepped out in LA to get ice cream with his kids Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, on August 23.
The infamous pictures saw Nicole flashing a huge grin and throwing her arms in the air as she left an attorney's office after settling her divorce settlement with Tom. Before the shots emerged, another fan had remarked: 'I hope we get pics of Ben Affleck a la Nicole Kidman after her divorce but he has a large Dunkin iced coffee in one hand.' In one jovial outing, she appeared to be high spirits earlier this week as she busted a dance move and smiled while taking her child Emme, 16, to the Century City Mall.
