Yoghurt might not be getting the credit it deserves

Yoghurt has been found to possess 'anti-tumour' properties, with Harvard researchers uncovering a surprising connection to colon cancer prevention. Co-author Andrew T. Chan remarked: "This paper adds to the growing evidence that illustrates the connection between diet, the gut microbiome, and risk of colorectal cancer. Known as probiotics, these bacteria work to re-establish equilibrium in the gut's bacterial landscape, which can become imbalanced due to sickness, medication or poor diet.
