REO Speedwagon to Retire From Touring After 2024 Due to ‘Irreconcilable Differences’

REO Speedwagon will stop touring in 2025, citing 'irreconcilable differences' between bassist Bruce Hall and lead vocalist Kevin Cronin.

REO Speedwagon has announced that the group will cease touring at the end of the year due to “irreconcilable differences” that arose between bassist Bruce Hall and lead vocalist Kevin Cronin. The band, consisting of Hall, Cronin, guitarist Dave Amato, touring keyboardist Derek Hilland and drummer Bryan Hitt, made its announcement on its official site, detailing the process behind what led to the group’s retirement from live performances. Issues with the band began last November, when REO Speedwagon announced that Hall needed back surgery and that Matt Bissonette would take over as touring bassist.
