Regina King Says She Sometimes Still Feels 'Guilt' After Son's Death: 'The Sadness Will Never Go Away'


Regina King opened up to Robin Roberts about son Ian's death by suicide and grief in an interview that aired in full Thursday on 'Good Morning America'

Since his death, King has had "the time to just sit with Ian's choice" — and now, "I respect and understand that he didn't want to be here anymore. King said she is "a different person now" than she was before Ian's death, and that she understands now that "grief is a journey" and is "love that has no place to go."
