Reese Witherspoon is 'having fun' dating Oliver Haarmann and 'loves' that he's 'not into Hollywood'

In the wake of her second divorce this past year, Reese Witherspoon is now enjoying dating Oliver Haarmann.

That insider says Haarmann has been spending time with Witherspoon's two sons Deacon, 21, whom the Oscar winner shares with ex-Ryan Phillippe , 50, and Tennessee, 12, who's her only child from her recent divorce from Jim Toth. But then multiple sources confirmed weeks later, in September, that the pair had in fact started dating after spotting them together in New York City at least two more times within a month. He would head across the pond to London to officially begin his career at global investment firm KKR, which is headquartered in Manhattan but also has a number of offices around the world.
