Rebel Wilson’s ‘Bride Hard’ Sells to Magenta Light Studios for U.S. Theatrical Release (EXCLUSIVE)

Rebel Wilson's action comedy "Bride Hard" will see a wide theatrical release in 2025 thanks to Bob Yari's Magenta Light Studios.

Bob Yari ’s upstart production and distribution venture will roll out the feature from Simon West (“The Expendables 2,” “Con Air”), about a secret agent whose toughest assignment is making sure her friend gets to the altar on time. But when a team of mercenaries take the uber-wealthy guests hostage, it’s up to Sam to do what none of the other bridesmaids can – wage war on anyone who would ruin the most important day of her best friend’s life. Veteran producer Camp played a pivotal role in the making of “Bride Hard,” from securing Wilson’s involvement at the script stage to finding a home for the finished film at Magenta Light Studios.
