Rebel Wilson claimed Sacha Baron Cohen wanted to ‘kiss publicly’ to create a ‘scandal’ and promote ‘The Brothers Grimsby’
Cover Images Rebel Wilson is determined to detail her experience working with Sacha Baron Cohen on the set of The Brothers Grimsby — despite his alleged attempts to stop her memoir from being released. The New York Times and the New Yorker first published investigative pieces in 2017 that accused disgruntled movie producer Harvey Weinstein of decades of sexual assault and harassment. A rep for Baron Cohen subsequently addressed the accusations, telling Us Weekly in a statement, “While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby.”
