Rebel Wilson cancels Australian book tour after the actress accused Sacha Baron Cohen of harassment in bombshell memoir

Rebel Wilson has cancelled her book tour in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane which had been scheduled to promote her tell-all memoir Rebel Rising.

In a memoir passage obtained by People Magazine, she shockingly alleged that Sacha requested she 'stick her finger up his a**' because he thought it would make a funny scene in the film and claimed 'it felt like [he] had sexually harassed me'. In the clips, Rebel can be heard discussing the scene while on camera but out of character, telling Sacha: 'I'll do a slap [of your butt] and I'll do a – going down the crack', to which he replies: 'It's almost as if you're going to ram your fingers inside,' prompting her to answer 'yeah'. A spokesperson for Sacha said: 'While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby.'
