Rebekah Vardy is dealt another blow following her Wagatha Christie legal defeat as she takes aim at Coleen Rooney during her I'm A Celeb stint
The WAG, 42, had hoped to cash in the courtroom drama by trademarking the name coined during her epic battle with Coleen Rooney , who is currently starring on I'm a Celebrity.
Both sides produced evidence about the potential clash and trademark lawyers at the government department ruled in favour of the claims of Wellspun UK - makers of the pricey Christy brand. Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were quick to poke fun at her recent legal battle with Rebekah, joking early in the launch show on Sunday that there would be 'plenty more' to come. Rebekah is on high alert and is also keen to remind ITV bosses and the show's hosts, Ant and Dec that she owns the trademark to the phrase Wagatha Christie.
