Gayheart and Dane, 52, have been navigating a challenging time after he was recently diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which is a neurodegenerative disease that often leads to muscle weakness and paralysis. “I feel fortunate that I am able to continue working and am looking forward to returning to the set of Euphoria next week,” Dane added on Thursday, referring to his role of Cal Jacobs on the acclaimed HBO drama.
