Rebecca Adlington has revealed that she's learnt to talk about her late daughter Harper without 'bursting into tears' as she opened up about her heartbreaking miscarriage.

Detailing how her family keep Harper's memory alive and have began to heal from their pain over time, Rebecca shared: 'Her ashes are now in the house, we talk about her.
