Reality Star Julie Chrisley Will be Resentenced in Bank Fraud Case

Julie Chrisley, the former reality star of 'Chrisley Knows Best,' will be resentenced in her bank fraud case, an appeals court ruled.

An appeals court found a "narrow issue" with her sentencing, saying the trial judge incorrectly held her accountable for the entire bank fraud scheme Circuit Court of Appeals found that a trial judge had incorrectly calculated Chrisley’s sentence by holding her accountable her the whole bank fraud scheme she was convicted of carrying out alongside her husband, Todd. Alex Little, an attorney for the Chrisleys, said, “We’re pleased that the Court agreed that Julie’s sentence was improper, but we’re obviously disappointed that it rejected Todd’s appeal.” He said the family was “hopeful for more good news in the future.”
