The case is not over yet, as Perry and Bloom are demanding the bedridden Westcott to pay them $6 million for what they claim are extensive repairs that need to be made to the property and back rent they could've charged to potential tenants. 'As our father's health declines, my brother and I are fighting to preserve his legacy, as a man and as a veteran, yet this legal struggle has become a source of immense pain for our family,' Chart wrote.
