The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes looked almost unrecognizable in a new pic, and plastic surgeon Dr. Craig Blum weighed in on her new look.

“Lately, there have been pronounced differences to her facial features,” Dr. Craig Blum, a double-board-certified plastic surgeon who has not treated NeNe, exclusively tells Life & Style. Dr. Blum also adds that “she may have had laser procedures beneath the under eyes to tighten loose, crepey skin” and says that NeNe’s “smooth forehead suggests the possibility of ongoing nonsurgical treatments like filler or Botox to maintain a refreshed look.” While she admitted that she “liked her ass,” she wanted to “fix [her] problem areas.” Dr. Okoro explained that even the smallest of injections in her posterior would be considered a Brazilian butt lift, and NeNe said that she was like a “professional mini BBL” to help her achieve the desired look.
