Us Weekly obtained the report taken by Utah sheriffs over an alleged assault at Scott and Kelley Wolf’s home amid their ongoing divorce battle
One report read, “Second time today called police on brother-in-law, divorce battle with husband, brother is at the home, meant to be helping with the kids, caller doesn’t feel safe in the house.” Summit County Sheriff’s OfficePer the report, the alleged victim claimed the other individual put her hands around his neck but “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.” “[The alleged victim] stated that he … no longer wished to pursue charges because of some recent developments involving [redacted] that he believed would provide them some solutions,” The officer noted.
