She won a record-breaking six BRIT Awards last weekend. And Raye has now revealed she has received a touching gesture from Sir Elton John following her huge success.
Speaking on the latest episode of the Jonathan Ross show, to promote her debut album My 21st Century Blues, she said: 'Do you know what, I got flowers from Sir Elton John, a big deal. Raye went on to discuss how her grandmother Agatha, 74, who joined her on stage at the BRITs as she collected her Album Of The Year award is her biggest inspiration. Speaking on the latest episode of the Jonathan Ross show, she said: 'Do you know what, I got flowers from Sir Elton John, a big deal, he wrote me a card and everything.
