Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine hit with 'revenge porn' lawsuit from ex-girlfriend, singer Yailin La Más Viral
Tekashi 6ix9ine was hit with a lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, who is accusing him of physical, sexual, emotional, and financial abuse.
In January 2024, Tekashi 6ix9ine (born Daniel Hernandez) was released on bond after a Dominican Republic judge found that the evidence brought forward by prosecutors was not enough to keep him in jail following his arrest on domestic violence. Díaz spoke during a live YouTube stream of Alofoke Radio Show moments after Tekashi was arrested while he was attempting to leave the country and revealed that he assaulted them after she tried to stop him from beating her daughter. Tekashi' lawyer, Waldo Paulino, told a gaggle of media members outside the courtroom that Díaz was being dishonest after the judged ordered a recess to allow the defense to present additional evidence.
