Rapper Slowthai bursts into tears as he's cleared of raping two women at house party

Slowthai has been cleared of all charges after two women accused him of rape back in 2021, with the rapper appearing in court this week where he was declared not guilty.

British rapper Slowthai has been cleared of rape during a trial at Oxford Crown Court on Monday (16 December). Judge Ian Pringle KC told the court this case has “raised a lot of high feelings”, as Slowthai was seen in an emotional state. Relatives and friends of the accused, including the rapper's singer-songwriter wife Anne-Marie, whom he married in 2022, sighed in relief as the verdicts were read out, and cheered loudly outside the courtroom.
