Rapper Lil Durk Arrested in Florida on Murder-for-Hire Charge: Report
Rapper Lil Durk was reportedly arrested in Florida in a murder-for-hire plot and is being held by the U.S. Marshals
Multiple outlets reported that the rapper (real name Durk Devontay Banks) was booked on Thursday, October 24, in Broward County jail in South Florida. In April 2020, Durk made his debut on the Billboard charts with his track “Viral Hit.” He continued to drop new music and collaborate with other artists including Lil Baby, Drake and more. “It feels good, it was a task [with] a lot of bumps in the road, but I think that’s for everybody,” Durk said to Billboard in February after winning his first award.
