The Good Morning Britain host, 46, said people are made to feel their over-eating is due to not being 'clever enough' or 'less motivated' than others, when it is more closely linked to emotional issues. 'I may have fallen into the trap of making it look like all you need is 'more knowledge' and 'more education' to solve an eating habit,' she said of her recent social media posts about nutrition and wellness. Writing on Instagram, she added: 'The full truth is that I've found food to be the most easily available substance to rely on to stop me feeling discomfort - of any kind.
