Rage Against the Machine Celebrate Leonard Peltier’s Freedom

Rage Against the Machine celebrated the commutation of Indigenous rights activist Leonard Peltier's life sentence.

Rage Against the Machine celebrated release from prison of Indigenous rights activist Leonard Peltier, who was granted clemency by Joseph Biden in the final minutes of his presidency. Many musicians have spoken out on Peltier’s behalf over the years, including Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Jackson Browne, Common, Robbie Robertson, and, of course, Rage Against the Machine.
