Rachel Stevens opens up about perimenopause and why therapy has become her lifeline

In an exclusive new interview, Rachel Stevens shares how she’s navigating perimenopause, solo parenting and life after divorce – and reveals how weekly therapy sessions are helping her rediscover her strength.

In a deeply personal and exclusive new interview with us, the former S Club 7 star reflected on how her 40s have been a time of huge transition – including her divorce, moving house, and learning how to prioritise her own wellbeing while raising her two daughters, Amelie, 14, and Minnie, 11. “So being organised and feeling in control, and making time to look after myself, are really important to me now.” The singer, who rose to fame with S Club in the late 1990s, now credits therapy as one of the biggest tools in her personal development – and says having a regular outlet to talk has changed her life. Rachel says she's just trying her best, like most mums (Image: Karis Kennedy)“I’m very grateful for having an outlet once a week to share and unpack some stuff with someone I trust and is my sort of constant, especially when it feels like life is going at 100 miles an hour.”
