In July 2024, Us confirmed that Lindsay was ordered to pay Abasolo $13,257 a month in temporary spousal support along with $15,000 in attorney’s fees and $5,000 for forensic expert expenses. “If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I don’t like to put my personal affairs on social media and like to keep a safe space for our family,” he wrote in a statement at the time. In December 2023, Lindsay hinted at marital woes when she admitted on “The Viall Files” podcast that she and Abasolo had “totally different lives,” which contributed to their decision to put space between their relationship and social media.
