Rachel Brosnahan Explains How James Gunn’s ‘Superman’ Stays “True To The Comics”
With Rachel Brosnahan joining James Gunn's new cinematic DCU in 'Superman', she's optimistic for some truth, justice and the American way.
Taking on the role of Clark Kent’s steadfast love interest Lois Lane, Brosnahan admitted she had big shoes to fill with Margot Kidder, Teri Hatcher and Amy Adams playing the character before her. Set for release on July 11, Superman stars David Corenswet in the titular role. In addition to Brosnahan as Lois, the cast also includes Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, as well as Skyler Gisondo, Sara Sampaio, Sean Gunn, Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan, Isabel Merced and Nathan Fillion.
