Rachael Finch reveals gruesome injury after accident during her dance class: 'There was blood coming out'
Rachael Finch has revealed the gruesome injury she suffered during her dance rehearsals on Tuesday night.
In the video posted to social media, Rachael explained she was experiencing a lot of pain as she lay on her bed with an ice pack on her foot. The mother-of-two — who shares daughter Violet, eight, and son Dominic, five, with husband Michael Miziner — only lets her children have recreational screen time for an hour and a half per day. Rachael also recently made headlines when she uploaded a video of herself jogging behind Violet while screaming words of encouragement as she competed in a cross country race.
