In the video, Rachael showcased her trim frame in a pair of olive-coloured shorts and matching sports bra as she led an intense family workout session on Christmas morning. The video, posted on Instagram in November, showcased the brother and sister engaging in a rigorous training routine that included strenuous box jumps on a park bench, squats, and serving drills.
