Rachael Finch hits back at cruel mother-shaming slur after making a 'controversial' change to her children's meals: 'I have no words'


The model, 35, often gives an insight into her cookery and frequently shows off the healthy meals she has prepared for her children Violet, eight, and Dominic, five.

'Almond mum' is a negative term used to criticise a person for allegedly pushing disordered and unhealthy eating on to their families, and is often used hyperbolically to refer to parents 'obsessed' with healthy nutrition. In a video, she was shown preparing mini beef burgers with vegetables - including gherkins, carrots and rocket - smashed avocado and tomato sauce for her kids. Rachael hit back at the unkind criticism and claimed the trolls wouldn't complain if she was feeding her children fast food every day in a series of impassioned statements
