The video, posted on Instagram last month, showcased the brother and sister engaging in a rigorous training routine that included strenuous box jumps on a park bench, squats, and serving drills. In April Rachael was branded an 'almond mum' and accused of 'endangering' her kids after sharing a video of herself making them 'naked burgers' using lettuce cups instead of bread rolls.
