Queens of the Stone age canceled seven European festival dates this week as singe rJosh Homme remains under 'medical care' in the U.S.

Queens of the Stone Age were forced to cancel another string of summer tour dates on Friday (July 26) due to singer Josh Homme’s unspecified medical treatment. “We apologize for any inconvenience and share in your frustration and disappointment.” Prior to that, the group informed fans that they couldn’t perform at the preview of this year’s AMA Music Festival on July 5 in Italy “ due to illness.” The band’s End Is Nero tour is scheduled to return to the road in the U.S. in September, with their next slated gig booked for the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston on the 27th.
