Queens of the Stone Age have canceled a number of August tour dates as Josh Homme recovers from unspecified surgery.

Friday’s announcement sees them canceling gigs at Sweden’s Way Out West, Norway’s Oya, the Netherlands’ Lowlands, and Belgium’s Pukkelpop, among others.
