Queen struck by scooter in terrifying moment during royal walkabout
Queen Mary of Denmark was knocked over by a scooter during a Royal walkabout in Greenland, with the monarch appearing shaken by the incident before security intervened
The video shows the mother-of-four interacting with fans who had gathered to see the Royal couple and their youngest children, 13 year old twins, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine. Following the incident, the Queen's security swiftly steps in to push back the scooter rider and later the Danish Royal House confirmed that Mary was unharmed. A Royal insider commented: "There was a small issue of concern, an investigation turned out to be a false alarm, every precaution was taken and the programme resumed shortly afterwards."
