Queen Camilla, 77, to miss Remembrance events amid ongoing illness


Queen Camilla will not be attending Remembrance events this weekend as she continues to recover from a continuing chest infection, Buckingham Palace has announced

It was disclosed on Tuesday that Camilla would miss several engagements, including the opening of the Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey and a Buckingham Palace reception for Olympic and Paralympic athletes, hosted by King Charles. The King and Camilla will rub shoulders with the stars of the blockbuster, including Paul Mescal, Denzel Washington, Connie Nielsen and Pedro Pascal, as well as director Sir Ridley Scott, reports the Mirror.
