One year after Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton welcomed their youngest in April 2018, Louis melted hearts by smiling at the camera in his adorable 1st birthday portrait photos. “We are happy to confirm that The King is continuing with official and private business,” the palace told the Russian state-run TASS news agency on Monday, March 18, according to the New York Post.
