King Charles III serves as patron of London’s Garden Museum, but Queen Camilla joked she might ‘nudge’ him out of it
King Charles III and Queen Camilla weathered a very public scandal before becoming an official royal couple. Charles was under intense scrutiny as his mother Queen Elizabeth II’s heir apparent when he met Camilla (née Shand) in 1970. The palace says it is currently undergoing a “major review” of royal patronages and charity presidencies, with a full list eventually expected.
