Queen Camilla, who is on the mend after a bout of pneumonia, has given an update on her health during a reception to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Women's Aid. Despite battling fatigue, the Queen still made it to the reception at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, located just moments away from Clarence House. In personal conversations during the event, the Queen shared her heart, telling one attendee: "I can't support a charity just for the sake of it, I have to feel it."
