The 58 year old actress, known for her role in Happy Valley alongside Sarah Lancashire and James Norton, is back on our screens in the new ITV thriller Protection, playing DI Liz Nyles. DI Liz Nyles is a dedicated officer in the witness protection department, safeguarding those who have testified against criminals and are now residing in safe houses. Even before the cameras started rolling, Siobhan was fully committed to her role and delved into extensive research on witness protection to ensure she could authentically portray her character.
