Priscilla Presley Claims Former Lawyer Helped Brigitte Kruse 'Control’ Her Life in Declaration Filing in Elder Abuse Case

Priscilla Presley claims in a filing her former attorney Lynn Walker Wright was brought to protect her ex business partner Brigitte Kruse.

She claimed that Kruse forced Presley into a "form of indentured servitude" by "gaining her trust, isolating her from the most important people in her life, and duping her into believing that they would take care of her (personally and financially)." Walker Wright "vehemently denies" the elder abuse (financial), conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice allegations. Walker Wright also alleges in her filing that the Superior Court of the State Of California for the County of Los Angeles "does not have jurisdiction to hear this dispute."
